REAL ESTATE TITLE IS IMPORTANT

The concepts discussed here are important to think about and more importantly should be contemplated when you are engaged and purchase property with your fiancee. Things happen and people break up and move on and this can be difficult and costly when you own property as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.

Thanks for the info I found this part really useful.
"Taking title as tenants-in-common rather than joint tenants also could make things easier if you purchase the house now but later decide to cancel the wedding. If the two of you couldn't agree to sell the place or keep it, either one of you could sell your 50% stake to an investor without first getting the other's approval."
